In-situ development of the slum in the city, Rajajinagar into housing complexes with all services and recreational facilities. 2.85 Acres of land in Rajaji Nagar is considered as Phase 1 of this project. It envisages 248 numbers of dwelling units and 8 units for livelihood centre and electrical room distributed in 8 blocks in G+3 structure. Apart from the residential blocks, proper storm water network, access roads, parking facility, community facility and recreational facility is also included in this project.
